Serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, managing the flow of the restaurant while creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with enthusiasm.
• Manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently.
• Communicate wait times clearly.
• Answer phones and assist with to-go orders.

Handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and confirm phone, online, and third party (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) orders.
• Package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards.
• Manage curbside and front-of-house pickup.
• Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests.
