LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY: The Orlando area is the ideal home base. This position will support accounts throughout the Florida region and requires flexibility to travel where business needs take you. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead kitchen operations with a focus on great food, consistent execution, and a safe, organized workplace. - Plan and execute regular and modified menus while maintaining recipe, portion, and presentation standards. - Stay hands-on with production, taste food, and coach your team to deliver quality at every meal. - Train and develop associates in culinary techniques, equipment use, food safety, and sanitation. - Manage inventory, purchasing, production, and waste to control costs and keep kitchens running efficiently. - Maintain audit readiness and compliance with company standards and health regulations. - Partner with account leaders and clients to improve the dining experience and bring culinary programs to life. WHAT YOU BRING: - Five or more years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience. - Strong hands-on cooking skills and the ability to lead, teach, and motivate a team. - Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, including batch cooking. - Solid knowledge of food cost controls, production planning, sanitation, and presentation. - Creativity and an understanding of current food and catering trends. - Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer-based operational tools. - Associate degree or equivalent experience. - Catering experience and ServSafe certification preferred.
