AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team and develop skills in sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and leadership .

This is an entry-level management development position designed for individuals who are motivated to learn and interested in building a long-term career. No previous management or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

The Management Trainee will begin by learning our customer service, sales, marketing, and daily operating procedures. As the employee develops experience and demonstrates strong performance, additional responsibilities may become available.

$61,500 - $68,000 yearly

• Learn and apply company procedures for customer service, sales, and marketing

• Communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner

• Explain auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services

• Assist customers with questions and service needs

• Support customer outreach and marketing activities

• Schedule customer appointments and follow up when needed

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Work with team members to meet individual and team goals

• Learn daily business operations and administrative procedures

• Assist with training and supporting new team members as responsibilities increase

• Develop leadership and team coordination skills

• Take on additional responsibilities based on training, performance, and business needs

No previous management or sales experience is required
