A manufacturing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to work 2 to 3 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and check in visitors
- File, Print, and date stamp invoices and purchase orders
- Assist with purchasing materials, shop supplies, and subcontracting
- Labor entry review and adjustments
- Back up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Bookkeeping and Purchasing experience; Manufacturing background is preferred
- Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Must be highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
