Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access while maintaining professional interactions with the public and site personnel.
• Support Allied Universal standards by completing routine reports, communicating with supervisors and/or local contacts, and following post orders for daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
