Sharp Brains is seeking a qualified candidate for onsite support in Vancouver, WA. The role involves managing desktop devices, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows OS, and providing VIP support for Desk side issues. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in support roles, expertise in Service Management tools, and knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
