Land Development Project Engineer

Land Development Project Manager Position based in Louisville, CO with occasional travel to Denver, CO. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Land Development Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in site planning and land development, responsible for the design and management of grading, stormwater management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for varied facilities. Responsibilities This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10+ years of experience Proven business development experience Leadership and mentoring of project team AutoCAD with Civil3D skills Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado Strong written and interpersonal communication skills Desire to work and manage in a team environment We are hiring at all levels and encourage qualified candidates to apply! Salary Range The projected range for this position is $130,000-$190,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
