Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Spot Welders and Brake Press Operators to join a growing manufacturing team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed.
- Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend and form sheet metal.
- Read work orders, blueprints, or production specifications.
- Measure materials and verify finished parts meet specifications.
- Make basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, welding, brake press, or machine operating experience needed.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
