Overview Sales Manager (Residential) We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales, team development and customer relationship management. This role is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, performance and business development efforts while ensuring homeowners receive exceptional service and customized comfort solutions. ________________________________________________________________________________ What You\'ll Do: Drive residential sales growth by developing new business opportunities, generating referrals, and expanding relationships with homeowners, property managers, and community partners Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention and repeat business. Conduct in-home consultations and sales negotiations to deliver customized home services solutions Lead sales performance through ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and incentive programs designed to exceed revenue goals Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion Analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making and improve team performance Collaborate with installation, service, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through project completion Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally to protect customer satisfaction and company reputation What You\'ll Bring: 3+ years of HVAC experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services Leadership experience preferred Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Effective communication and presentation skills Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans Compensation & Details: Annual base salary ranges from $125,000 - $175,000 , with additional earnings available through performance-based incentives or commissions (on-target earnings) Job Type: Full‑Time What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance:Affordable, comprehensive coverage 401(K) with Company Match:Plan for your future with confidence Company-Paid Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance:Security and peace of mind Voluntary Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance:Additional protection tailored to your needs Paid Time Off:Vacation, holidays, and sick time to support work-life balance __________________________________________________________________________ Folkes Home Services May conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
