We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and help keep our busy surgery center running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients and families with outstanding customer service.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage information.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
• Communicate with parents, providers, and team members.
• Help create a positive and efficient experience for every family.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and scheduling.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Schedule:

• Monday – Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  
• Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
