Remote Technical Support Agent

Working remotely on a contract basis, the part-time Technical Helpdesk & Network Remote Support Agent II will resolve escalated technical issues, perform account management, and provide guidance to Help Desk Technicians during 3rd shift hours from Friday to Monday. Key responsibilities Resolve escalated technical issues involving hardware, software, networking, and Windows OS Perform account and access management, including onboarding and permissions changes Document incidents and recommend process improvements while maintaining a professional client experience Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in service desk, technical help desk, or network support Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking Experience with account and access management processes High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator certification is a plus
