Vishay manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components used in automotive, industrial, computing, consumer, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets. HR Manager – Dover, NH Job Location Dover, New Hampshire, southwest of downtown Dover, within 7 miles of UNH. The position is based at the Vishay Inductors Division in Dover. Responsibilities Partner with site leadership overseeing and executing key talent management processes such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development. Provide a hands‑on approach with leaders to drive business results, improve working relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity and employee engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and results. Analyze trends and metrics and inform program and policy decisions. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective investigations. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions). Collaborate with other HR team members to manage projects or provide input on HR‑related programs and practices. Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both employees and leaders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. At least 2 years of related experience in Human Resources. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is beneficial. Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
