Responsibilities Assist with initiatives designed to strengthen public awareness and brand reputation. Help coordinate promotional appearances, community-facing activities, and company events. Welcome guests and provide accurate information about the organization and its offerings. Support the preparation and distribution of approved informational and promotional materials. Help ensure brand presentation remains professional and consistent. Gather feedback from public-facing activities and share observations with the team. Collaborate with colleagues to support outreach initiatives and organizational goals. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. Interest in public relations, brand representation, or customer engagement. Previous related experience is beneficial but not required.
