Production Operator 1st Shift Production Operator 1st Shift Rockford, MN 55373 $20.00/hr Full Time June 22, 2026 48312490 Job Description About the Opportunity: Job Title: Production Operator Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Location: Rockford, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required Willing to train the right individuals. Forklift experience is preferred but not required, must be willing to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to listen and follow specific directions and instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Support team goals and help maintain a productive work environment. Ability to work efficiently under stressful situations. Able to lift 50lbs throughout the day. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Duties and Responsibilities: Manufacture, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Ensure products meet quality standards. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fill jugs on the line. Label jugs and packages. Package items. Place containers and jugs on pallet to be wrapped. Work under minimal supervision.
