Sevita is seeking a Program Assistant for the Living Well Adult Day Health Center in West Boylston, MA. This role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care for older adults and individuals with disabilities in a community setting. You will assist with daily activities, lead group and individual activities, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment during a Monday–Friday day shift.
