The Opportunity

As a Sales Center Representative in Milford, MA, you’re the friendly first point of contact for families who call, text, or email—helping them get answers, choose lessons, and complete enrollment. This role exists to deliver fast, accurate support while meeting sales goals and keeping every interaction upbeat and professional.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound communications, explaining programs and pricing, completing registrations, updating customer records, and supporting other tasks tied to each swimmer’s experience.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior sales experience
- Comfortable using computers and multiple platforms (Word/Excel and other systems)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organization
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguard certification provided in training

You’ll settle in at the onsite sales center, log into your systems, and start the day by checking messages and following up on warm leads. Between conversations, you’ll keep notes organized, coordinate with the team on schedule availability, and stay on top of changes that affect families. The pace can move quickly, so you’ll reset often—taking a breath, refocusing, and bringing the same calm, upbeat tone to each interaction. By the end of your shift, you’ll review what was closed, what needs a next step, and hand off any open items so the next teammate can pick up smoothly.
