Driver / Personal Assistant

Full-time | Flexible / Irregular Hours | On-site

Frequent travel locations: Rappahannock County, Manassas, Washington DC, local airports

We are seeking a dependable, discreet, and attentive Driver/Personal Assistant to support a busy business owner with daily transportation and personal errands. This is a trusted, one-on-one role ideal for someone who is patient, calm under pressure, and offers the right person an opportunity to be mentored by a highly successful entrepreneur.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to appointments, meetings, etc.

• Ensure car has gas, is clean and properly maintained.

• Assist with day-to-day errands and other support as needed

• Work traditional business hours though some driving occasionally needed during evenings.

• Exercise sound judgment, patience, and professionalism.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business affairs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no history of substance abuse)

• Previous experience as a driver, personal assistant, or in a similar support role preferred

• Exceptional patience, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a flexible and sometimes irregular schedule, including occasional evenings

• Strong discretion and reliability

• Physical ability to assist with mobility support if ever needed
