Engineering Product Manager - Audio Software

The Audio Programmer

Role Description

This is a key role for an Engineering Product Manager to join a music software company working on one of the most exciting and popular music production tools on the market. It's a great time to join them as they continue to grow and establish themselves as one of the most innovative software tools for music producers and songwriters.

Responsible for managing a mixed team of engineers (web, frontend, backend).
Leading the development of new products and features.
Strong emphasis on communication between R&D and the wider business.
Connecting research with real-world product design.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on software engineering background.
Detailed understanding of music production and audio workflow tools.
Great track record delivering innovative software to creative users.
Experience leading engineering and product teams in a quickly growing company is a plus.

Requirements

Strong hands-on background in audio or music software development.
Track record delivering commercially successful software tools in a lead role.
Experience working with C++, JUCE, JavaScript, and Python.
Detailed understanding of audio processing.
Successful technical leadership and product management experience.
Excellent team motivator, manager, and coordinator.
Able to work, lead, and collaborate remotely.
