Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage & boxes to the dumpster or designated area. Stay in Sync: Communicate often, move with your team, and keep service flowing. Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs Make It Personal: Be genuine, listen well, and tailor each experience.
