Position: Support Staff – Food Runner/Expo

Reporting To: General Manager, FOH Manager - Waunakee FLSA Classification: Part-Time

Buck & Honey's is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Food Runners/Expo to join our team! Evening and weekend availability is required to be candidates to be considered.

As a support staff member, you'll assist servers and bartenders to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests. In this role, you may serve as a host, busser, food runner, or dock hand, contributing to the seamless flow of restaurant operations. At Buck & Honey's, support staff deliver exceptional hospitality with enthusiasm, positivity, and a personal touch.

Answer phones, take reservations, and process take-out orders (hosts, dock hands).

Housekeeping

Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Perform hourly restroom checks, ensuring proper levels of supplies (e.g., No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Strong customer service skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Maintain a high level of personal grooming, cleanliness, and professional appearance.

Familiarity with or willingness to learn restaurant software and applications (for hosts and dock hands).

Visual acuity to distinguish shapes and ensure safety.

Moderate to loud noise typical of a restaurant environment.

Exposure to outdoor environmental factors during the summer season.
