Assistant/Associate/Professor of Clinical Pediatrics-Cardiology

Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics of the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria (UICOMP) seeks Fetal & Pediatric Echocardiology candidates for a pediatric cardiology faculty position. Salary range $230,000 to $313,933 per year. Duties & Responsibilities Patient care duties including inpatient, outpatient and echocardiography Satellite clinics in the region On-call duties for pediatric & congenital cardiology Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows Academic efforts including original research and QI Imaging QI for Echo Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications MD/DO or foreign equivalent Eligible for licensure in Illinois BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology 3 years pediatric residency / 3 years pediatric cardiology fellowship or equivalent Significant experience or formal training in Pediatric & Fetal Echocardiography Pediatric and congenital transesophageal echocardiography Benefits This position is intended to be eligible for benefits.
