As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion. Support the management team in liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers. Help coordinate event logistics including venue setup, equipment, and transportation. Assist in preparing event materials such as signage, giveaways, and seating arrangements. Provide on‑site support during events to ensure smooth execution and handle any issues that arise. Qualifications Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or related field is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
