Event Assistant

Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments, interacting with people, and contributing to the success of team-driven initiatives. Comprehensive training is provided. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of promotional events. Support customer engagement activities by sharing information about company products and services. Help maintain an organized and positive event environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly. Monitor event materials and assist with inventory before and after events. Represent the company professionally during all public interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and outgoing personality. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
