Procurement Specialist

Vaco Arizona is partnered with a company seeking a Procurement Specialist for an immediate need. This is a contract role based in Scottsdale, paying up to $40 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Handle daily purchasing activities, including reviewing and processing invoices Source vendors and coordinate materials and services Compare pricing and place orders to ensure cost-effective purchasing Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery Work with internal teams to plan purchasing needs and avoid delays Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues quickly Requirements 2 years of procurement or buying experience Experience with IFS Software Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
