Technical Recruiter

What You'll Do Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the offer process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top talent. Review resumes and conduct phone and in person interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit. Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover and engage high quality candidates. Build long term relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career resource. What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship building skills. High sense of urgency, accountability, and self-motivation. Competitive mindset with the desire to exceed goals. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Technical recruiting experience is preferred. Candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales (inside or outside), account management, recruiting, or analytical roles are encouraged to apply.
