Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced and collaborative team focused on driving strategic growth through partner engagement, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a fully remote contract opportunity through the end of 2026, with a preference for candidates who can work within or closely aligned to Eastern Time Zone business hours.

In this role, you will support key partner programs and marketing initiatives designed to increase lead generation, strengthen partner relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with partnership, marketing, product, and operations teams to coordinate programs, manage deliverables, and ensure successful execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across partnership, marketing, product marketing, and operations teams.

• Support strategic initiatives with payments and technology partners to help drive business growth objectives.
\n
• Execute partner-focused marketing campaigns and pipeline generation activities.
\n
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, requests, and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
\n
• Monitor project milestones, campaign performance, and overall program progress.
\n
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
\n
• Support go-to-market activities, partner engagement efforts, and growth-focused initiatives.
\n
• Identify and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
\n
• Contribute to programs focused on expanding market reach, increasing qualified leads, and driving revenue opportunities

Qualifications

\n
• Highly organized and collaborative marketing professional who can confidently manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships across teams, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
\n
• Experience in partner marketing, project management, marketing operations, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
\n
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations.
\n
• Experience supporting partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market programs.
\n
• Background in payments, fintech, SaaS, POS, or other technology-focused industries is preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
\n
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
