Marketing Director — Lead Growth. Build Connections. Drive Impact.

Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to make waves in healthcare? We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can craft and execute bold marketing strategies, build strong community partnerships, and boost our patient census — all while representing our mission with passion and professionalism.

What You’ll Own:

Develop and roll out dynamic marketing plans that spotlight our facility and services
Forge and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners
Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities
Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care
Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years marketing management experience in healthcare
Proven success as a Marketing Director in Skilled Nursing
Skilled in aggressive yet tactful marketing and relationship-building
Ready to travel locally about 80% of the time to build and maintain vital partnerships
