Daily activities:

• Follow up on all leads via phone, email and/or text.
• Conduct the kitchen tune-up in-home sales process (training provided).
• Receive higher commissions on leads you create (we will train you).
• Use our easy quoting system to give a price on the spot.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Communicate with team to create an amazing experience for our clients.
• Be there for the big reveal. Feel the excitement throughout the process.

Skills and requirements:

• Highly motivated, dependable and a strong work ethic.
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, empathetic and friendly.
• Professional demeanor.
• Very coachable, always in learning mode and has a willingness to adapt.
• Driven and growth oriented.
• Computer and smartphone/tablet proficient.
• Excellent at follow-up.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a vehicle.

Other notes: The remodeling industry is booming and we need help as our business is growing fast. If you want to enjoy the fun of consulting with people on the heart of the home, the kitchen, you will love our business. We have a great training program that if you follow, will help you be successful with sales. This is a fully commission-based role.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
