Are you a people person with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for keeping things organized and running smoothly? We're looking for a professional, dependable, and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office.

This is more than a front desk job, it's a vital role where you'll support our team, assist with office management tasks, and help create a positive, professional atmosphere every day.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, offer refreshments and ensure they are directed to the right team member.
• Manage incoming calls: answer, screen, and route calls appropriately.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Keep the Controller and CFO informed of any tenant issues or concerns.
• Ensure common areas including conference rooms, kitchen, and restrooms, are clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the day.
• Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies, as needed.
• Oversee office vehicle records, including log maintenance, E-Z Pass tags, registrations, and inspection schedules.
• Maintain and update keyless entry access using our OpenPath system.

Pay In accordance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the expected hourly range for this role is $20 – $23, based on experience and qualifications.
