Regional Development Director — Northeast Texas Fundraising Leader

Young Life Northeast Texas Region is seeking a Regional Development Director to lead fundraising efforts and expand annual support across forty counties in Dallas and East Texas. You will develop comprehensive plans, manage major donors, corporate and foundation gifts, and cultivate new supporters while collaborating with volunteers and staff.
