Technical Recruiter @ Calculated Hire | Ethical Advertising, Communication Talent Coordinator – Research & Development Team Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) 1-YR Contract | w2 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Research & Development hiring efforts. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview process. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and execute all interview scheduling for candidates across the R&D organization, coordinating availability with hiring managers, panelists, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional level of candidate care and responsiveness throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Conduct interview preparation sessions, ensuring candidates feel informed, supported, and ready for each step of the process. Facilitate and extend formal offer letters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to selected candidates. Maintain organized communication and documentation within Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft platforms. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, consistent candidate experience. Track and update candidate progress within internal systems as needed. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
