What You'll Do:

• Provide professional and timely customer service regarding billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage and respond to inquiries received through the Billing department email inbox.
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with account questions, invoice requests, payment inquiries, and general billing support.
• Update and maintain customer account information and records.
• Route complex billing issues, account disputes, reconciliations, and adjustment requests to Billing Specialists for resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Billing Specialists to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications and requests.
• Work collaboratively with employees across departments to provide exceptional customer support.
• Meet departmental service standards for responsiveness and customer follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service, call center, billing support, administrative support, or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine when issues should be escalated.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work as part of a team.
• Overtime availability as needed.
