About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing expertise with people-focused recruitment activities to help grow our brand and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms.

• Create engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

• Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, analytics, and workflow automation.

• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies.

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Track and report on marketing performance metrics.

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.

• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with digital advertising is a plus.

• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools is preferred.
