Full-Time Behavior Technician (BHT)

WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under BCBA supervision Help clients improve communication, social, behavioral, and independent living skills Collaborate with caregivers, families, and treatment teams Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation Support positive and therapeutic client relationships QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred: 6+ months of experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between service locations WORKING CONDITIONS Local travel during business hours (estimated 20%) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including walking, standing, and bending Work schedules may include clinic, home, or school-based environments EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provision People
