Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your own home, while also providing the structure of an outpatient clinic. You will maintain consistent communication with our dedicated team and collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, to deliver integrated care strategies. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., affording you work-life balance while also engaging in meaningful client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and therapeutic progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat clients effectively.

• Engage in psychoeducation with clients and their families to promote understanding of mood disorders and available treatment options.

• Monitor client progress, revising treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to create a comprehensive care plan for each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and fight stigma in the community, ensuring client needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations experiencing mood disorders, including individuals who are homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and provide empathetic support will be critical in helping them navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strong understanding of community mental health resources will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, a background or ongoing training in continuing education related to addiction counseling will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
