Position Overview Assistant, Associate, or Professor (Tenure Track) in the Department of Physical Therapy & Athletic Training, College of Health, University of Utah. Two faculty positions are available. Responsibilities Develop and advance the department’s research portfolio through leadership and participation in funded research. Engage in collaborative research with colleagues in the College of Health and the broader university. Integrate expertise into existing entry‑level DPT or MAT programs, post‑professional continuing education programs, or Rehabilitation Sciences PhD program. Recruit and mentor doctoral and post‑doctoral trainees. Teach, mentor students, and serve on related committees. Qualifications Academic doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, DSc, or equivalent). Record of, or emerging potential for, generating grants and peer‑reviewed publications. Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills. Expertise in health services research, implementation science, clinical trials of rehabilitation interventions, digital health technologies (wearables and telehealth), or related areas.
