Security Account Manager

Job Skills / Requirements Monday - Thursday 3p-11p Saturday 7a-3p The Account Manager must have a minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience in security or hospitality environments, with prior experience in luxury hotels, high-end residential, or Class A corporate properties preferred. The role requires the ability to lead, train, and manage a large, guest-facing security team while maintaining a polished and professional presence consistent with a five-star luxury brand. Strong client relationship skills are required, including serving as the primary on-site liaison with hotel leadership and responding quickly to operational concerns. The Account Manager must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and consistent attention to detail. The position requires hands-on experience with scheduling, payroll oversight, timekeeping, compliance tracking, and security reporting systems, along with proficiency in standard office and computer applications. The individual must be capable of leading incident response, managing de-escalation with discretion, and coordinating effectively with emergency services when required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, and the candidate must meet all Massachusetts licensing, background, and employment requirements.
