Process Intelligence Specialist

Merck seeks a Process Intelligence Specialist to analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and implement AI-driven improvements across digital procurement. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic problem-solving to deliver measurable operational value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to establish automation foundations
- Use process intelligence tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, and AI technologies
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous operational improvement
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, or process improvement
- Proficiency with SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities
- Experience translating business challenges into scalable, practical solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
