Keep reading A day in the life Wondering what a day in the life of an OB/GYN Patient Experience Representative at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

1. Arrive at work in the morning - no night shifts here!
2. Represent the clinic by providing advanced-level patient services primarily in the back-office call room, which is a non-patient-facing environment. On occasion, rotate to the front desk, where you will interact directly with patients.
3. Manage patient registration and serve as a direct contact and resource for patients.
4. Provide registration as a direct contact and resource to patient and will manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials and communicating delays or changes.
5. This position will also serve as a resource to registration, scheduling, and clinical staff.
6. Strives to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.
7. Leave in the evening hooray for working standard clinic hours!

This position is primarily based in West Des Moines, but you may also cover our other OB/GYN campuses located Downtown Des Moines (IMMC) or Ankeny as needed. This job might be for you if you have Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
