This role operates in a telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct sessions and support clients from your home or any location that suits you. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, formulating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics, employing various therapeutic approaches that resonate with different client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive a holistic support system, integrating services such as psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and lifestyle coaching.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health care and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and program efficiency, ensuring that therapy remains client-centered and adaptable to changing needs.

In your role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional disturbances, crises, and challenges within personal and professional contexts. Your efforts will significantly contribute to improving their mental health, self-esteem, and coping strategies, thereby aligning with our goal to foster wellness in individuals and families across the Lake Havasu City community.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in your state of practice as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience directly supporting clients with emotional and mental health challenges, demonstrating a track record of effective therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly to create a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document client progress and manage treatment plans is highly desirable.

• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, allowing for effective management of high-stress situations.

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, contingent upon caseload and experience, with regular reviews to acknowledge performance.
