Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• The capacity to work autonomously while effectively managing your therapy schedule and client appointments.

• Strong communication skills, with a high degree of proficiency in various therapy modalities.

• Experience and comfort in using virtual platforms for delivering therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or those who have experience working in community health settings will be given preference.
