Key Responsibilities\n

This role primarily supports adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical, community, or private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
