Position Firefly is looking for a National Account Executive based in New York. Responsible for pitching and selling Firefly’s products to current and prospective clients through holding companies, agencies, and programmatic channels with new business as a core responsibility. Ideal candidate Strategic thinkers with exceptional prospecting skills, high energy, and a structured solution selling process. Natural leaders who desire to win in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Represent Firefly to national advertisers and serve as the primary liaison for key media and digital agencies, focusing on managing and growing strategic relationships with Publicis and Horizon. Pitch and sell Firefly’s products to prospective clients by identifying and solving advertiser’s problems. Achieve targeted sales revenue goals and help cultivate a culture that ensures an industry-leading media company. Provide accurate weekly revenue reports. Create and produce thoughtful, creative and goal-oriented presentations, proposals and media plans for premium brands and advertisers. Assist in post-campaign analysis by creating and implementing valuable, actionable insights and recommendations for clients. Qualify projects and provide feedback to the Firefly pre-sales and account vetting teams to maximize an efficient sales cycle. Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and creative ideas/mocks to internal and external resources. Identify advertising needs of clients and prospect to develop new revenue opportunities. Diligently record data and activity within Salesforce. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years relevant media sales experience. Experience in digital media, advertising technology, and/or OOH preferred. Experience with data, targeting, and measurement is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and influencing skills. Proficient with computer software and technology (Salesforce experience is a plus). High level of integrity. Self-motivated, standout colleague, action-and-results oriented. Must be willing and able to travel, if required.
