As a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative , you'll build relationships and educate clients on coverage options. You'll receive warm leads, ongoing mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to earn through a competitive base, commissions, and bonuses. • $30,000 Base with expected first-year earnings between $60,000 - $80,000 through commissions + bonuses with paid renewals and performance bonuses

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
