Job Title: Physician - Hematology Oncology

Join a thriving cancer program in Findlay, Ohio, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art cancer center. You will be part of an independent, physician-led health system known for its quality and commitment to patient care. Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals and provide comprehensive oncology services with full specialty support across 54 specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a balanced caseload with 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology.
• Participate in four clinic days and one remote administrative day each week.
• Provide inpatient care and share a 1:4 inpatient call rotation with compensation.
• Engage with established referral bases for breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers.
• Utilize resources including Mayo Clinic eConsults and specialized medical networks.
• Oversee and collaborate with 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs.
• Support clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in both Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Recent graduates within 5 years of eligibility are encouraged to apply.
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Current and valid Board Certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within last 30 days).
