Opportunity Highlights

• Competitive compensation package with a guaranteed base salary of $550,000, complemented by a $55,000 signing bonus and $100,000 in student loan support.

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Join a physician-led, independent health system recognized nationally for excellence, as part of a growing cancer care team. You will provide care in a 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology practice, supported by a robust referral network focusing on breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers. Collaborate with three other Hematology/Oncology physicians and two advanced practice providers within a clinic equipped with extensive specialty support, including Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, and a state-of-the-art cancer center.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy a balanced work schedule with four clinic days and one remote administrative day each week. Participate in a 1:4 inpatient call rotation with additional call compensation. This structure not only supports a work-life balance but also ensures continuity of care for patients.

Work in a supportive environment with 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage, access to cutting-edge technology such as a new linear accelerator and CT simulator, and a board-certified oncology pharmacist on-site. Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in both Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a license to practice in Ohio.
