Senior Manager, Statistical Programming - Hematology

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming to lead clinical programming teams across multiple studies from trial through regulatory submission and product launch. The role combines technical expertise in SAS programming with people management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration within a pharmaceutical development environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead programming support across multiple studies with timely, high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate programming documentation, specifications, and submission-ready regulatory filings
- Communicate with study teams to clarify requirements and guide programmer execution
- Mentor direct reports through goal-setting, coaching, and professional development
- Participate in hiring and candidate screening for programming positions
Requirements
- MS or BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field
- 10+ years programming experience (12+ for BS degree) in clinical trial data
- Advanced SAS programming expertise in clinical data environments
- Knowledge of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional teams
- Track record mentoring or coaching junior programmers
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Compensation: $150,500-$245,500 annually
