This role will be fast-paced, agile, and flexible to business needs as you play a key role in delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations! By guiding us toward methods that work, you'll help us aim for excellence every day.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED and related work experienceStrong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP softwareAbility to effectively communicate and problem solve.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work 11pm - 7am shift with flexibility to work other shifts if neededAbility to work rotating weekend shiftsSalary Range: $76,560 - $95,700Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.
