What You'll Do In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives, brand coherence, and business development activities that help drive firm growth and enhance our client experience. Marketing & Digital Communications Create, schedule, and manage social media content Update website content and maintain staff biographies Assist with newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and content calendars Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline information Support development of proposals, advertising creative, and presentations Events & Brand Support Uphold brand consistency across marketing channels and materials Support firm events, sponsorships, and community involvement activities Manage event logistics and vendor communications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of marketing, communications, client service, or business development experience Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva and/or Adobe InDesign Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or website content management Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot What Success Looks Like You enjoy building relationships, creating engaging content, staying organized, and helping teams succeed.
