Marketing Coordinator

Ziegler CAT is hiring a full‑time Marketing Coordinator . The role focuses on executing marketing communications campaigns for specific divisions, supporting machine and service sales, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Process and file invoices accurately and properly. Work with internal and external creative resources for project execution. Create digital, print, and social media content. Manage the social media calendar and content posting. Organize and maintain the literature library, including managing branch literature requests. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team and external agencies to create clean, consistent, on‑time deliverables that comply with corporate style guidelines. Assist with event planning and communication coordination. Respond to requests for marketing material and sales collateral. Work cooperatively with the team and superiors. Collaborate with Project Management and key division personnel to develop product differentiation and market‑responsive communication plans. Work with external vendors and customers to produce communications when required. Establish strong vendor relationships. Effectively edit and write content for communications. Apply graphic design and typography fundamentals. Maintain keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies. Qualifications 4‑year degree preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and social media management (Meta and LinkedIn). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent coordination and multi‑tasking skills. Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player. Ability to work independently and with limited supervision. Personal Attributes Attention to detail, efficiency, planning and organization. Problem solving. Teamwork. Travel Requirements Travel 1‑10% of time, including overnight and minimal weekend travel within the service territory: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
